What do you guys think of this ?
Settings tab is a natural place to have collate all settings (like tools -> options in windows) . Some usability guy clearly thinks that the comment moderation should be under postings tab. So he adds a tab and creates a link.
Is this how you would do it? if not, how?

I think blogger is right. Settings is where you set some ground rules and leave it until you want to change something.
Comments moderation is you managing the comments you recieved. Just like you manage your posts, you manage the comments attached to it on a regular basis.
I think it should not be under settings but ofcourse the navigation could have been better. A la wordpress. There is write and manage separate tabs there.
Have you noticed in blogger when you are in edit posts view, you have two links to start a new post? I hate two ways of doing the same thing at the same time. It just adds ONE MORE CLUTTER element to the ui and hence adds more confusion.
