Dell key-bored?

I recently switched from Toshiba to Dell.

While typing, my fingers repeatedly reached out to the two blank spaces on either side of the arrow keys in the right hand bottom corner (the red box in the image) for page up and page down.

Those keys are currently in the top right corner of the keyboard (highlighted with an orange border).

Usability bug?
