Scheduling for not being in the office - i dont know how that is going to help the frequent traveler here. The effort is actually more (selection of dates and time etc). Its also a starting point of other problems. Like i schedule for a date and i forget about it but i'm not really out, but i forget/late to change it, people getting mails saying u r out etc etc. Then the question asking will be how to handle this situation?

I would like to keep it simple. Just mark i'm out when i go out, and marking In is simple as its by a prompt by outlook whenever I login next.Umeshhttp://blog.umeshgopinath.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4445269723137820164.post-41040453945197570282007-09-13T09:34:00.000-07:002007-09-13T09:34:00.000-07:002007-09-13T09:34:00.000-07:00The feature is not available :)The rules kick in o...The feature is not available :)

The rules kick in only after you mark yourselves as out of office.

The scheduler that I am propposing is to mark yourselves as out of office.Sunil Shindehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/12223421848697871761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4445269723137820164.post-63407236828716897262007-09-13T02:49:00.000-07:002007-09-13T02:49:00.000-07:002007-09-13T02:49:00.000-07:00Absolutely must have feature, wonder how they actu...Absolutely must have feature, wonder how they actually missed this.
